Founder Janet is the mother of four children. She grew up in San Diego, California, and moved to Denmark in 2012, where she met her husband and started a family with him. Janet has had a great love for nature and vintage vibes since she was a child. She fills her favorite objects with life. Every product that Grech & Co. creates should make sense. At Grech & Co. you will find products such as sunglasses for children, rubber boots, umbrellas and more that make everyday life easier and not skimp on aesthetic aspects.

 

How did the label come about? While her second child was teething, Janet stumbled upon the concept of amber necklaces and their beneficial properties. She went looking for an amber necklace on the Danish market and couldn't find it. Janet founded her own label to design the important things and favorite pieces for children herself. The philosophy of the label: Sustainability for the environment and the future of our children.

Attractive collections without seasonal aspects

Grech & Co. mainly works with neutral and aesthetically pleasing colors in order to offer a coherent theme across the collections. The seasonality mindset should also be prevented. The new collections therefore always contain themes from the previous collections, so that new and old collections build on each other and can be combined with one another.

Grech & Co. describes itself as "not seasonal" because the collections never lose their appeal just because a new season is about to begin. All collections are holistic and complementary. Grech & Co. wants to counteract excessive consumption. A very sustainable style that is very appealing. The collections are inspired by loving mothers, free-spirited children and natural essences.

Janet wants to consciously avoid overconsumption, which is common in this branch. The materials that are used are, for example, recycled plastic or recycled PET bottles that have been processed into a high-quality nylon fabric.
