The milaniwood® label designs colorful and modern wooden toys that appeal to the whole family, as they have a contemporary design with attention to detail. The company T.a.m.i.l  already has a long history:

In 1924 Vincenzo Milani took over a small turnery and began producing wooden parts for the textile industry. In the second generation, the company T.a.m.i.l. snc – Torneria Articoli Minuteria in Legno. During this period, the equipment and facilities for mechanical manufacturing and expansion of production were acquired to manufacture items for fashion accessories, model making, toys, household items, office items and decoration such as buttons or handles. From 1990 to 2010, the third generation of the family continued to invest in technologies and training to diversify production to produce high-quality wooden parts. During this time the family gained many customers in Italy and abroad.

Wooden strategy and skill games for all ages

In 2002, the milaniwood® trademark was registered to start a new business model: in addition to commercial manufacturing for third parties, the company adds its own line of wooden games and objects, dated design to production covers everything. With the fourth generation, close relationships are established with the Milan Polytechnic, trade associations, consultants and designers from the sector. Part of this process focuses on gaining enough design know-how to create a range of wooden toys to be sold online.

Exciting wooden games are developed for children, which always offer a learning effect and are a lot of fun. The games from milaniwood® are designed innovatively and creatively, and you can also sometimes find improved versions of old classic games here. All games are educational and stimulating for both children and adults.

Sustainability and environmental protection - important aspects at milaniwood®

The milaniwood® label not only attaches importance to preserving its Italian roots, but also to quality in order to be able to offer children toys made from the best materials. The wood comes exclusively from FSC-certified forestry and from local forests. The packaging for the games is recyclable or made from organic cotton. Sustainability is the focus of both production and sale.
