Mushie: baby accessories and toys for children in Scandinavian style

The label was founded by Mushie and her husband, an educator and a marketing consultant, who each grew up with eight siblings. The story of Mushie began in a small bedroom in Southwest Houson, where Mushie stayed during her second pregnancy, largely from suffering from severe pregnancy nausea. She therefore had no choice but to give up her job as a teacher and go to bed. During this difficult time, she and her husband discovered a desire to look for good, safe and pollutant-free products for their baby. Mushie was fascinated by the products that were made in Denmark. The Danish design tradition had done it to her. It was the fascination to combine materials, form and function in the best possible way while respecting the environment.

When Mushie had to quit her job because of her bed rest, she and her husband decided to invest $ 1,500 to start their own company with the aim of making Danish products available for the American market. Together with their second son, the Mushie label was born, which did not take long to establish itself successfully on the market.
