Mia Dela founded her brand back in 2004.  She graduated from a design school in Kolding, Denmark and then worked for several years as a designer for well-known companies. At the end of 2002 she became a mother and started to furnish a nursery for her son Gustav. She was looking for nursery furniture that met her expectations in terms of quality and style and did not find what she was looking for, so she started designing products for the nursery herself. This was also the start of the label Sebra Interior which quickly became a successful business idea.
